When do you smile on a sales call?

I just read an article that talked about studies that had been done to determine if the smile comes before or after the sale. This is not the elation that we have when we get the order. The smile they are talking about is the attitude of the sales person as they are going into a sales situation.

If that person is happy with themselves, the job, and their product then that happiness can be translated into more sales. To lift your spirits and make someone’s day - Each day send out two e mails to two people on your email list and give them a compliment about something in their life or how they have a positive impact on your life.
